Sunrise on the Beach is exactly what the name promises: a beachfront home near Stewart Beach in Galveston where the day starts with the sun coming up over the Gulf, right outside your window. Five bedrooms in the gated Grand Beach community, sleeping up to 17, this is a home built for big groups who want everyone under one roof, steps from the sand.

The owners love this home, and they trusted our family to manage it. We also know this gated Grand Beach neighborhood better than almost anyone: the head of our own family is the president of its HOA. So you're not booking from a faceless company on the other side of the country, you're staying in a neighborhood we personally help run, and we look after this home as if it were our own.

Five bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep 17 comfortably, including an extra rollaway we added so even the largest groups have a spot. The open living and kitchen level is made for gathering.

Sunrise sits in a real, gated residential neighborhood: quiet streets, permanent neighbors, the calm side of the island. Two dogs are welcome, and we can consider more on request. Minimum age for the primary guest applies and there are no events or parties.
